"Pretty decent study tool, though I’m not totally sold"
I used USMLE-Rx for a while and it did help me stay on track most days, so I can’t really say it was bad. Some of the questions and flashcards were useful, but I didn’t go through every single feature, so maybe I missed the better parts. From what I used, though, it felt a little uneven. At times it helped things click, and other times it got repetitive and I caught myself just clicking through without really paying attention. Overall, it’s a solid enough study tool, but I wish it felt a bit more interactive and engaging.

"Covered way more than I expected"
I was mainly using USMLE-Rx for extra practice questions and some review here and there, so I can’t really speak to every single feature. But from what I did use, it felt really complete. It lined up well with First Aid and pointed out a bunch of weak spots I didn’t even realize I had. Overall, I was happy with it

"Questions felt close to the real exam"
The questions were really good and felt similar to what I saw on the actual exam. The explanations helped me understand the answers a lot better, though I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer in some parts

"The visuals were probably the best part..."
The visuals were probably the best part for me. The diagrams are easy to understand and not cluttered, so when I got tired of reading, that helped it click a bit more. A few pages were kind of slow to load, which was annoying, but overall it was really useful for what I needed

"I’ve been using the video lessons on..."
I’ve been using the video lessons on USMLE-Rx, they’ve been helpful overall. Most of the topics are explained clearly and quickly, which is a lifesaver when I’m trying to squeeze in studying before my brain completely gives up on me. Some videos do feel a little rushed, and there were moments where I wished they went into more detail, but they still work well for review. I also appreciate that they stay focused and don’t spiral into endless explanations, because I do not have the emotional strength for that.

"Easy quick quizzes on mobile"
I’ve been using it for quick quizzes on my phone, and everything’s been smooth so far. No issues yet, which is really all I need for something like this, if that makes sense.

"I started using this study planner because..."
I started using this study planner because my spreadsheet was getting ridiculous — like, color-coded but somehow still useless. The planner helped me break topics up by day, which made everything feel less overwhelming. It’s not perfect, and I did tweak things here and there, but I actually used it every day. That’s kind of the main win for me

"I had an issue with my account and…"
I had an issue with my account and reached out to support. It didn’t get fixed as quickly as I was hoping, but they weren’t unhelpful at all — they were actually nice and kept working on it until everything was sorted.

"I do find USMLE-Rx useful when everything is…"
I do find usmle-rx useful when everything is running smoothly, but I’ve had some annoying issues with the site here and there. A couple of quizzes froze on me in the middle, and sometimes pages take forever to load or I randomly get logged out. I can’t say for sure if it’s completely on their end or if my browser/internet played a part, but it’s happened enough times that I noticed. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated. I still use it, I just wish the platform felt a little more stable overall.

"Pretty nice when you’re just getting started"
I was a little nervous at first, but this was easy to use and didn’t make me feel overwhelmed. If you’re new, it’s a good place to start.

"Decent site, but a few things made me wonder"
The site is mostly smooth and easy to get around, which I liked. It works fine for studying overall. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I couldn’t help wondering if something was going on in the background. Not a dealbreaker, but it did make me a little cautious.

"I’m usually particular about a fair..."
I’m usually particular about a fair challenge, and this felt a bit uneven in places. Some blocks were tougher than I expected, which threw off the flow for me a little.

"Pretty solid and helped me feel more confident"
I used this while studying with First Aid open next to me, usually at my kitchen table with way too much coffee, and most of the questions lined up really well. The explanations were usually clear and made sense, which helped me actually trust what I was reviewing instead of second-guessing everything. I did notice a few small details here and there that seemed a little off, but nothing major. Overall, it was helpful and made me feel more comfortable with the material.

"Helpful at times, but frustrating to wait"
Some parts were clear and easy to follow, but other parts left me confused. I also got frustrated with the waiting, especially when I was trying to figure out what to do next. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but the experience felt a bit inconsistent.

"Useful for Step 1, but some explanations could be better"
I used usmle-rx a lot during my Step 1 prep, a lot of the questions matched up well with what I was seeing in First Aid. It definitely helped me connect the facts to exam-style questions and figure out my weak areas quickly. That said, some of the question stems felt shorter and easier than NBMEs, so I wouldn’t rely on it as my only resource. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few explanations were too basic, and I do think that’s something they should acknowledge or apologize for, especially when people are using this during such a stressful prep period. Overall though, it was still useful and relevant

"Solid layout, not as magical as they make it sound"
I’ve been using usmle-rx mostly for the learning modules, and the topic-based layout is the main reason I’ve stuck with it. I’m usually skeptical when study platforms use all that polished “streamlined learning experience” kind of language, but in this case the organization actually does make it easier to find what I need without bouncing all over the place.

That said, some sections feel a bit crammed, and a few things could definitely load more smoothly. It’s not some perfect all-in-one solution like the marketing might suggest, but it has been genuinely useful for keeping my studying from turning into a mess. Overall, I’d say it’s worth using if you like having structure...

"Surprisingly solid for the price"
I expected a lot less for the price, because apparently affordable things aren’t supposed to be useful. But the questions actually helped a ton, and it ended up being totally worth it for me

"Helpful for Staying Organized When I Was Burned Out"
I mostly used USMLE-Rx to keep track of my weaker topics, especially when I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to figure out what to study next. The performance analytics were helpful, and the subject breakdown made it easier to see where I was struggling instead of just guessing. Some of the charts were a little slow to load, and parts of the interface feel outdated, but overall it helped me stay more organized with my studying

"Cancellation was easy, no billing drama"
I canceled quickly and, the billing was clear the whole way through. I was kind of expecting some annoying charges to blame them for, but nothing weird happened. No issues on my end.

"First aid is way easier to follow now"
This actually makes first aid steps a lot easier to understand and follow in the moment. I don’t know why whoever runs this didn’t make it this straightforward sooner, but I’m glad it’s finally this simple.
